Pizza is delicious – but getting rid of the box in public can be a pain. We’ve solved the problem with our 220-litre Big Shark, which now has a larger opening to make disposal easier and more efficient.

The weekend is here, and pizza is on everyone’s lips! This Italian favourite is often enjoyed outdoors. But the real challenge is getting rid of the boxes afterwards. All too often, they’re left next to the bin, or crammed into the opening, which blocks it completely.

Looking for a solution to this annoying problem, ANTA SWISS AG carried out a market survey. The findings led us to scrap the idea of a separate bin just for cardboard.
After all, the majority of those surveyed are staunch supporters of the Littershark and want to continue relying on our star product.

That’s why we now offer the 220-litre Big Shark with an even bigger opening for pizza boxes.

We’ve thereby solved two problems at once: The Littershark’s mouth has been widened from 331 mm to 430 mm, meaning both small and large pizza boxes can be dropped straight into its belly unfolded and without getting stuck.

This frees up more space for regular rubbish and makes the emptying process more efficient, as pizza boxes no longer end up next to the bin needing to be collected separately.

The Pizza Shark shark tooth attachment reduces the height of the opening so the pizza box can slide in effortlessly.

By the way: Due to grease and leftovers, pizza boxes belong in general waste and should never be disposed of in cardboard recycling!
