Efficiency comes with a name: The Shark Eye uses a ToF sensor to measure the fill level in the Littershark and communicates the information via Narrowband-IoT. The system only transmits a notification once the Littershark is almost full, thus preventing unnecessary trips to half-empty bins. Its long battery life of at least two years, along with its easy installation in various types of waste bins and underfloor bins, make the Shark Eye a sustainable and versatile solution.

The Littershark eye that keeps track of the fill level

The Shark Eye regularly measures the fill level status and transmits it to the Shark Island via 3G. Shark Eye also features an interface for an energy-efficient level indicator directly on the container. Take a look at our video of Zurich Airport.
