Together we are strong: Assembly and Metalworking team workshop

Every single employee is important when it comes to celebrating successes together. To promote the swarm idea and team cohesion, we invited our Assembly and Metalworking departments to the workshop on 18 April 2023.

 

How quickly a working day goes by! To ensure that our employees and their needs are not forgotten in the midst of the daily hustle and bustle, we sat down with the Assembly and Metalworking departments for a workshop on 18 April 2023. The goal: to promote cohesion and once again convey the importance of the qualities that each individual employee brings to the team. The event was accompanied by Sandra Zweidler from Inspiration Zweidler, who knows exactly how to mediate between companies and their employees.

Together we reflected on our current way of working, discussed obstacles and defined measures that will make everyday life easier in the future. First and foremost: improving internal communication within and between the two departments. In order to illustrate how important the skills of each individual are for joint success, they were written down on small cards and later merged to form a single card. The bottom line: By supporting each other with our individual skills, we move the team, our departments and ultimately our company forward.

The workshop was a complete success and was particularly well received by our participants. We thank you for the great work and look forward to everything that lies ahead of us on our common path!
