An award-winning litter bin
The Littershark has won numerous awards, including the red dot design award and the IDEE-SUISSE Oscar for Creativity. We were so delighted to receive the IDEE-SUISSE Oscar that we named one of our models the “Oscar Shark”. Winning these awards opened many more doors for the Littershark and it soon established itself in many places in Switzerland. The Littershark can also be found in the design collection of the Museum für Gestaltung, Zurich’s museum of design.
German Design Award 2016
We are delighted to accept the Special Mention Award for the Solar Press Shark, which was awarded in the Public Design category.
The German Design Award is the international premium award of the German Design Council. Its goal is to discover and recognise unique trends in design, and to showcase them. Products are only shortlisted if they meet the highest standards and are a cut above in terms of design quality. The Mention award recognises the work of companies and designers in developing products with particularly clever design features or solutions. The first German Design Award took place in 2012 with around 1,500 participants. In 2015 over a period of two days, a 36-member jury carefully considered the works of 3,400 participants.
