On 25 May, all the apprentices of ANTA SWISS AG, together with the two managing directors, took part in the Apprentice Day. The apprentices were given the task of organising an excursion according to their own ideas and as a team within a given budget. They more than succeeded.

The day began at 8.15 a.m. at Knonau station. The group travelled together by public transport to the zoo in Goldau. The whole morning was spent exploring the zoo, where we saw a wide variety of animals. At noon we all had a barbecue. As the fire got hot, we all played a game called game “Who am I”. As we didn’t have any post-its, we played the game with our mobile phones in front of our faces. It was a funny sight. At lunchtime we ate the sausages, cervelats and snake bread we had brought. As our students had put most of the food in the freezer when they went shopping, the ketchup, for example, was still frozen.

After lunch we went to the Rope Park in Küssnacht am Rigi. There we all overcame our fear of heights. We split up into groups and went on different long and high routes and had a lot of fun. We helped each other with difficult obstacles and strengthened our team spirit. After about three hours at dizzying heights, our Apprentice Day came to an end.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the company for a great day.
